Quick litbuy reddit question from a new user

Update on my litbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with reddit. After reaching out to support (took 8 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 88% of users. Fixed within 5 hours.
