Problem with litbuy sheet - need help

Hey everyone, I've been using litbuy for about 24 months now and wanted to share my experience with their sheet feature. I started off completely clueless about how things work, but after some trial and error, I figured out the process. For anyone new, here's what I learned: First, make sure you understand the shipping calculations before placing orders. I made the mistake of not checking this and ended up paying more than expected. The sheet aspect is actually quite useful once you get the hang of it. I've ordered 9 items so far, and only had 1 issue that customer service helped resolve within 25 days. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask. I'm happy to help fellow shoppers avoid the mistakes I made.

Good to know about the sheet feature. I hadn't really explored that before.

How's their customer service if something goes wrong?

Solid advice. The QC step is crucial - learned that the hard way myself.
