litbuy spreadsheet tips I wish I knew earlier

Update on my litbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with spreadsheet. After reaching out to support (took 3 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 89% of users. Fixed within 65 hours.
