Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with tracking.
After reaching out to support (took 2 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 94% of users. Fixed within 13 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:
- Clear browser cache completely
- Try incognito mode
- If still broken, contact support with screenshots
- Response time was about 29 hours for me
