Problem with hoobuy coupon codes - need help

Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with coupon codes. After reaching out to support (took 17 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 71% of users. Fixed within 34 hours.
