Quick hoobuy finds question from a new user

Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with finds. After reaching out to support (took 4 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 91% of users. Fixed within 32 hours.
