Problem with hoobuy tracking - need help

Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with tracking. After reaching out to support (took 1 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 71% of users. Fixed within 67 hours.
