superbuy app - my honest review after 41 orders

Hey everyone, I've been using superbuy for about 19 months now and wanted to share my experience with their app feature. I started off completely clueless about how things work, but after some trial and error, I figured out the process. For anyone new, here's what I learned: First, make sure you understand the shipping calculations before placing orders. I made the mistake of not checking this and ended up paying more than expected. The app aspect is actually quite useful once you get the hang of it. I've ordered 96 items so far, and only had 0 issue that customer service helped resolve within 5 days. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask. I'm happy to help fellow shoppers avoid the mistakes I made.

Which payment method do you recommend? I've heard mixed things about different options.

Have you tried their mobile app? I find it easier to use than the website.

How was the packaging? Some agents are better than others with that.

Good to know about the app feature. I hadn't really explored that before.

Great post! Quick question - did you have any issues with customs?
