superbuy finds tips I wish I knew earlier

Hey everyone, I've been using superbuy for about 12 months now and wanted to share my experience with their finds feature. I started off completely clueless about how things work, but after some trial and error, I figured out the process. For anyone new, here's what I learned: First, make sure you understand the shipping calculations before placing orders. I made the mistake of not checking this and ended up paying more than expected. The finds aspect is actually quite useful once you get the hang of it. I've ordered 94 items so far, and only had 1 issue that customer service helped resolve within 14 days. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask. I'm happy to help fellow shoppers avoid the mistakes I made.

Great post! Quick question - did you have any issues with customs?

Thanks for sharing! I've been on the fence about trying superbuy. This helps a lot.

Have you tried their mobile app? I find it easier to use than the website.

Good to know about the finds feature. I hadn't really explored that before.

How do their prices compare to other agents? Always looking to save a bit.
