Best superbuy tracking practices for advanced shoppers

Update on my superbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with tracking. After reaching out to support (took 18 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 94% of users. Fixed within 15 hours. For anyone experiencing similar issues: - Clear browser cache completely - Try incognito mode - If still broken, contact support with screenshots - Response time was about 14 hours for me Thanks to everyone who helped troubleshoot. Have you tried their mobile app? I find it easier to use than the website.
