Best superbuy tracking practices for intermediate users

Update on my superbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with tracking. After reaching out to support (took 4 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 94% of users. Fixed within 41 hours.
