Problem with superbuy 2026 - need help

Update on my superbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with 2026. After reaching out to support (took 17 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 82% of users. Fixed within 64 hours.
