Update on my itaobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with codes.
After reaching out to support (took 2 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 87% of users. Fixed within 21 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:

- Try incognito mode
