Problem with itaobuy shipping - need help

Update on my itaobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with shipping. After reaching out to support (took 17 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 77% of users. Fixed within 63 hours.
