itaobuy app - my honest review after 35 orders

Hey everyone, I've been using itaobuy for about 14 months now and wanted to share my experience with their app feature. I started off completely clueless about how things work, but after some trial and error, I figured out the process. For anyone new, here's what I learned: First, make sure you understand the shipping calculations before placing orders. I made the mistake of not checking this and ended up paying more than expected. The app aspect is actually quite useful once you get the hang of it. I've ordered 86 items so far, and only had 2 issue that customer service helped resolve within 22 days. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask. I'm happy to help fellow shoppers avoid the mistakes I made.

Have you tried their mobile app? I find it easier to use than the website.

Good to know about the app feature. I hadn't really explored that before.

What's your go-to shipping method? I usually use Sea freight but wondering if there are better options.
