After reaching out to support (took 1 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 88% of users. Fixed within 21 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:
- Clear browser cache completely
- Try incognito mode
- If still broken, contact support with screenshots
- Response time was about 30 hours for me
