Problem with kakobuy links - need help

Update on my kakobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with links. After reaching out to support (took 2 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 82% of users. Fixed within 11 hours.
