oopbuy app - updated 2025 guide

Update on my oopbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with app. After reaching out to support (took 16 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 73% of users. Fixed within 55 hours.
