Problem with oopbuy sheets - need help

Update on my oopbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with sheets. After reaching out to support (took 20 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 77% of users. Fixed within 1 hours.
