oopbuy shipping tips I wish I knew earlier

Update on my oopbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with shipping. After reaching out to support (took 17 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 85% of users. Fixed within 16 hours.
