cnfans pc - what nobody tells you
Update on my cnfans situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with pc.
After reaching out to support (took 3 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 78% of users. Fixed within 28 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:
- Clear browser cache completely
- Try incognito mode
- If still broken, contact support with screenshots
- Response time was about 7 hours for me
