cnfans tracking walkthrough for new users

Update on my cnfans situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with tracking. After reaching out to support (took 7 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 79% of users. Fixed within 50 hours.
