Problem with kakobuy reddit - need help

Update on my kakobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with reddit. After reaching out to support (took 1 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 83% of users. Fixed within 10 hours.
