Warning to others - be careful with cnfans warm reminder remover right now. There seems to be an issue with QC photo uploads.
I placed an order 25 days ago and it's been stuck in processing. After contacting support, they said they're aware of the issue affecting some users.
Workaround that worked for me: clear your cache completely

Edit: Issue resolved after 23 hours. Apparently a server problem.
