Comparing kakobuy website with other options

Update on my kakobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with website. After reaching out to support (took 14 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 86% of users. Fixed within 2 hours. Have you tried their mobile app? I find it easier to use than the website.
