Best mulebuy tracking practices for advanced shoppers

Update on my mulebuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with tracking. After reaching out to support (took 11 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 74% of users. Fixed within 56 hours. Have you tried their mobile app? I find it easier to use than the website.
