mulebuy reviews - what nobody tells you

Update on my mulebuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with reviews. After reaching out to support (took 5 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 90% of users. Fixed within 18 hours.
