mulebuy download - my honest review after 45 orders
Warning to others - be careful with mulebuy download right now. There seems to be an issue with account verification.
I placed an order 27 days ago and it's been stuck in processing. After contacting support, they said they're aware of the issue affecting some users.
Workaround that worked for me: use the mobile app instead
Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else is experiencing the same thing. Hopefully they fix it soon. I'll update when I hear back.
Edit: Issue resolved after 37 hours. Apparently a server problem.
